Taste, tradition and art this year meet in Milan, to give life to a unique event: EXPO 2015. A huge exhibition where different cultures and souls, from around the world, are represented and visitors will have the opportunity to expolore them.
As a partner, EVOL is also present at Expo Milano 2015, at the Belarusian pavilion. We offer a "Taste" of the potentiality of our product, hoping to let you appreciate, not only the true taste of Italian gelato, but also a small piece of Belarusian culinary tradition, with the new flavor Krambambuli, the Vodka gelato.

Waiting expo 2015, EVOL attended the press conference in Bolzano, organized by Stahlbau Pichler, the company responsible for the construction of many pavilions for the Expo in Milan, including the Belarusian. For this important occasion EVOL is committed to create an innovative product: the unique gelato Krambambuli whit vodka and wild berries and had the opportunity to prepare a preview for all guests present at Bolzan press conference. EVOL machine and the new Krambambuli gelato will be both present for all six months at Milan Expo 2015. You are welcome to visit us at the Belarusian pavilion and to see whit your own eyes this brand new product that combines tradition and innovation. It will be our pleasure to offer you a taste of Krambambuli gelato.

GULFOOD 2015: At the biggest annual event on the catering and food, the participants were able to closely observe the process of operation of EVOL machinery; the customers could test their reliability and effectiveness, as well as enjoy the delicious ice cream prepared directly in front of them.

An important event, which counted the presence of more than 100 restaurants, gathered in the name of good food, quality and taste; EVOL also brought their own contribution, at the presence of the famous hotelier Arrigo Cipriani, owner of Harry's Bar in Venice and the best known Italian restaurants in New York; author of six books, one of recipes that sold 300 thousand copies.
We had the opportunity to taste, together with him and other restaurateurs, our Gelato and to live a day in the name of good food and tradition of Triveneto, at the “Istituto Alberghiero Alberini”, in Treviso.
